About

Tyler Molinaro is Chief Revenue Officer at GreenSpark, a vertical SaaS company selling into the metal-recycling (scrapyard) industry. He was one of the founding members of Rubicon Smart City, the GovTech spin-out of waste-tech company Rubicon, where over five years he helped scale a public-sector SaaS business from $0 to $25M ARR — compressing municipal-government sales cycles that normally run 18-to-24 months down to as little as four-to-six through cooperative-purchasing partnerships (Sourcewell, HGAC) and telematics alliances (Samsara, Geotab). At Rubicon he started in an accounting-adjacent role and rose through IC, small-team management, and ultimately go-to-market leadership. Before software he was a college baseball standout drafted by the New York Yankees in the 11th round of the 2011 MLB draft as a sophomore, later finishing at UNC Wilmington. He is known for a contrarian, sports-shaped operating philosophy: manage to outcomes rather than process, hire for problem-solving and grit over pedigree, and treat RevOps and AI agents as the highest-leverage way for a lean team to outbuild a bigger, better-funded one.
